Three tiers — built around where you are and where you're going. Splits apply after Real Broker's brokerage split and required fees. All CHC-generated leads are shared 50/50 regardless of tier. Shanae Johnson is listed on all contracts across all tiers per Real Broker team requirements. Network access and platform amplification are available to every member of the collective.
